Organising your laundry has never been easier – just fill out the online form to request a pick-up, prepare your laundry and voila!
Step 1: Fill-Out Application
We require our clients to fill out our online form to request pickup and delivery of dry cleaning, available on our website. You can also call us at 0415 372 889, and we will arrange to have the driver drop off the form and discuss their options.
Step 2: Garment Pick-up, Payment & Delivery
We will contact you as soon as we receive your online form to schedule the delivery days for your area.
Payment will need to be made by credit or debit card to Ad Astra Drycleaning before we can deliver your items.
Dry cleaning can be left in a safe and secure location, including behind gated entryways, and you do not have to be home for delivery. Let us know before delivery if this is a concern.
Step 3: Love Our Pick-Up Service? Make it Recurring!
Our goal at Ad Astra is for you to love our service and look forward to reoccurring dry cleaning pick-ups and deliveries.
On every route day, our driver checks to see if you had left your garments for dry cleaning when we first added your house to our delivery route. The driver may pick up your garments if they have been left outside, and they can be taken to be dry cleaned. If not, they will move on to the next pickup.
For example, if you had four shirts to pick up, we would pick them up on Monday and then deliver them to you on Thursday. Likewise, we would pick up anything you need picked up on Thursday and return it to you on Monday before repeating the process.
